Choose a Pokemon from your hand and tell your opponent an attack name on
that card and put the card face down on the table. Your opponent has to
tell you the name of a Pokemon. Flip the Pokemon over, if the name matches
with your opponent's answer, they draw 4 cards. If not, you draw 4 cards.
Either way, put the card back into your hand.
