Refund policy
At Moxie Card Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, Digimon, and other related products. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return or request a refund for your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange of the item(s) in question. Proof of damage or defect may be required.

Incorrect Item Received: In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us promptly. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and in some cases, we may request the incorrect item to be returned.

Unopened Items: Unopened items may be eligible for return within a specified period from the date of purchase, subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us for further details and instructions on returning unopened item
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

Opened Products: Due to the nature of collectible card games and related merchandise, opened products generally cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Digital Products: Digital products, such as virtual card packs or downloadable content, are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
