Shipping policy


At Moxie Card Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and ensuring that they arrive securely to preserve their condition upon delivery.

Shipping Methods:

Moxie exclusively ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and currently only offers domestic shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Handling Time:

The handling time for all orders is estimated to be 1-3 business days. During this time, our team carefully processes and prepares your order for shipment.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Customers can expect their orders to arrive within 4-8 business days after the handling period based on typical USPS Ground shipping delivery times. Other shipping methods such as "Economy / Plain White Envelope" or "USPS Priority" may have faster or slower shipping times. The estimate provided at checkout should accurately reflect expectations for shipping times, but are automated and do not take into account Pre-Orders and Backorders.

  • Back-Ordered Items: For items that are back-ordered, please allow a shipping and handling time of 4 -10 business days. Please note that some back-ordered items may exceed this delivery expectation in special circumstances.

Packaging:

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they are protected during transit. However, please note that the shipping method chosen at checkout will determine the type of packaging used. For example:

  • "Plain White Envelope" Option: Orders selected with this option will be shipped in a plain white envelope and will not be automatically upgraded to a bubble mailer or box.

  • Priority Shipping: Orders selected with Priority Shipping will be shipped in accordance with USPS Priority Mail standards.

Carrier Shipping Charge:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the weight of the package, and the destination address. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before finalizing your order.

Tracking Orders:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment through the USPS website.
