Return & Refund Policy
Refunds for domestic sales are accepted in the case of defective and damaged inaccurate product descriptions. Full sale price will be refunded upon return of the purchased products.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Moxie is not responsible for damage in transit or lost mail and customers should contact the parcel service for complaints about transit damage or mail theft. Returns will not be issued for opened or customer manipulated products that negatively affect the item's value. No restocking fees are applied to any returns.
For items other than sealed trading cards, that remain unopened, returns can be requested within 15 days of the products arrival in the case of buyer's remorse, incompatibility of a product, or other reasons. Please contact Moxie Card Shop via our website contact form to request a return for these items.
Cancelations incur a 10% due to non-refundable processing fees.
Due to the volatility of some collectibles markets, price adjustments cannot be offered if prices change overnight or even within the same day.
